How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for the best availability. However, we can often accommodate same-week or next-day bookings. For moves and special events, book as early as possible.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's entirely up to you. Many of our clients provide a key or access code and go about their day while we clean. Others prefer to be present. Either way, we treat your home with the utmost respect and care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments. Payment is due after the cleaning is completed. Recurring clients can set up automated billing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. There's no fee for cancellations made with advance notice.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes! Every member of our cleaning team is fully insured and bonded. You can have complete peace of mind knowing your home is protected.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring all eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment needed for your home. You don't need to provide anything except access to your home.
